Dust Suppressant is an environmentally friendly dust inhibitionproduct. It does not contain any environmentally harmful components, and is totally biodegradable. It can suppress dust without causing any harm to people, animals and plants, and without increasing harmful substances level in the air.

The Dust Suppressant is composed of multi-functional polymer whose molecule contains a variety of functional groups that have a good affinity for various dusts. At the same time, the product has good film-forming property, which can effectively coalesce and bond various dusts and aggregates, and form a crusting layeron stockpiles surface, so as to seal dusts in the piles and maintain good wind erosion proof performance.

Currently we provide three series of dust suppressant: Static CrustingType DustSuppressant1617, Road Dust Suppressant 1614 and Mobile Fugitive Dust Suppressant 1618.

Dust Suppressant 1617 is mainly usedfor covering and sealing mining material, coal piles in the coal yard of power plants, as well as bare ground of construction sites. This non-toxic and non-polluting high molecular polymerproduct can be dissolved in water, and it is easy to apply by diluted with water and evenly sprayed on the surface to be treated. After 24 hrs, it will form a crusting layer and seal up the dust. This flexible, toughlayer can resist rain and wind erosion, which will degrade in the environment without causing secondary pollution.


Road Dust Suppressant 1614 is a brand new environmentally friendly and pollution-free product. Featured by its moisturizing, adsorption, film-forming, moisture-absorbing and repeated activation properties, Road Dust Suppressant 1614can be diluted with water and sprayed on the road surface, to maintain the road moist for a long time and effectively absorb road dust.Its effectiveness lasts 3-4 days after initial application, and the second application only consume half of usage amount. After drying, spray a small amount of water to reactivate the product, its reactivation behavior is available is several times.


Dust Suppressant 1618 is capable of capturing extremely small dust particles and agglomerates them together, these wetparticles will become heavier and go downward quickly. It can effectively adsorb PM10 and PM2.5 and reduce the level of respirable dust in the air. Dust Suppressant 1618 is mainly used in steel mills, mining areas, conveyor belts in aggregate zones, as well as underground mining areas in longwall mining or continuous mining operations.
