Coal combustion improving

1. Coal additive consists of emulsifier, dispersant, corrosion inhibitor and penetrating agent. After dilution, under the assistant of the penetrating components, catalyst  penetrates the coal and disperses in it, especially in the wide space of coal core to assure catalyst contact with the outer and inner surface of the coal to a larger extent, and plays a better role in catalysis.

2. After the coal additive has been sprayed on the fire coal for a few minutes, various of chemicals contained rapidly penetrate in the coal through pore space of the coal. When coal enters the combustion chamber, chemicals in the additive which function as an active carrier, reduce the kindling point of coal and increase the oxidation and reduction action. Catalyzing agent gradually releases ecological active oxygen at different temperature level, which combine with the combustible substances in the coal to reduce the activation energy so that boost combustion, improve working condition and reduce the discharge of pollutants.

3. Coal additive can improve the activity using a composite carrier with meso-porous structure, as well as a rare-earth element, which can make macro-molecule chain crack rapidly. Meanwhile, the inherent moisture in coal provides hydrogen atom, and create many hydrocarbons with lower molecular weight so that the hydrogen content and high & low calorific value all increase 8-10%.

4. The flame temperature increasing and combustion area expanding increase the heat transfer area of heat exchange, and improve the heat exchange efficiency so that it improves the the efficiency of the boiler. Therefore it reaches the goal of coal consumption reduction.

5. There are sulphur-fixing agent and surfactant contained in this coal additive. They can absorb and cure the sulfur dioxide produced in combustion process, and absorb a large amount of dust and other harmful substances. Besides, it can eliminate the dust scale and jelly-like substances attaching on the inner wall of combustion chamber so that reduce the discharge concentration.
